LIFECYCLES CODE OF CONDUCT

At LifeCycles, we are committed to providing and co-creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment. Volunteers must treat all clients, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect while conducting LifeCycles business. Harassment, discrimination or other behaviours that compromise the dignity and self-worth of others cannot be tolerated, and will be addressed promptly, in confidence, and in accordance with standards of due process developed by LifeCycles.

LifeCycles expects all staff and volunteers to abide by Human Rights codes. Volunteers should feel welcome to come to LifeCycles staff with any concerns at any point during their time as a volunteer with the organization.

I have read, understand and agree to abide by the code of conduct of LifeCycles Project Society and understand that such adherence is a condition of my employment or volunteer work.

I understand that violation of this Code of Conduct may be grounds for termination as a volunteer or, in the case of an employee, grounds for dismissal with just cause without notice or pay in lieu of notice.
